MOTIVATION

I'm always looking to add variety. If it's raining and I can't walk my dog or hike, and if I was at the gym yesterday for a class or I have a class scheduled tomorrow, I try to do a video or find a big workout pin on Pinterest. I don't seem to work as hard when I'm home though! I need the gym buddy or the mirror to keep me accountable and to push me more. I'm very social so I do love a lot of gym classes(I used to review gyms and studios on my former Wordpress blog). What do you do if you can't make it to a gym?

My plan is to add workouts I love on here, or trainers I follow or physical therapists and friends that show me new tips and tricks.
