It's Time for BLOGFEST!

Oh I can't wait. I know I know, I haven't been able to jump on here much. (You can always find me on instagram!) In 2014, I was very new to blogging (in high school I build a geocities website and in college I started blogging on xanga), especially all the amazing MOMBlogs and FITNESS Pro sites, monetizing using pinterest, etc.! It was an honor to be invited/to sign up to go to IdeaWorld IdeaFit Blogfest with Sweatpink! It was my first time having a "Press Pass" and I learned SO much about the Fitness world and the blogging world! I had no idea. I love creative writing, but I am still such a noob when it comes to website building, programming, html, and making money online. I went the next year and the next, and had to skip last year, but I am GOING this year because it's only 120 miles away in sunny San Diego!

What is this and what am I talking about and why am I so excited? FitApproach is a wonderful community of online fitness bloggers (nutrition and running, yoga, food issues, workouts, personal trainers, recipes, you name it!) and they are giving us access to the global IdeaWorld Fit expo! We get to learn and listen from the best, and taste snacks and treats and write and meet amazing athletes, RDs, trainers, and CEOs! What I love it that it is so empowering to women in a male-dominant industry, and I can find so many like minded people. Motivating, inspiring people, TTC moms to be, vegans, diverse ethnicities, ages, dog lovers, runners, people who love yoga, Christians, and something for everyone! (All my interests) And I have met some of the most amazing people too and become great friends in the process. People who have helped me with my blog, and people who accept me even though I don't make it my main thing (my job, my husband and dogs are my main focuses!)

I can't wait to see all my friends, and learn about how to make my site better, or learn new workout tips and tricks!
